Pieces are displayed on top of each other before they are dropped. This is best explained with the attached screenshot.  This never happens with the default theme since the pieces are the same shape; it's only noticeable with non-overlapping pieces.

I was trying to fix this. I'm seeing this issue only in the second and third boxes in the first row. Any idea on which function is buggy here?

I spend some hours trying to understand this bug and didn’t found anything. =(

Here is a graphical hack that will correct the problem (but not the bug).
