GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 708961
TITLE tags containing " - " are split into several entries in FLAC file
Last modified: 2013-09-28 10:33:41 UTC
It seems that a FLAC tag containing " - " is split in two parts and added twice to the file. For example, I had a file whose title appeared as "[D568] - I. Allegro moderato" in EasyTag, but the FLAC file contained: GStreamer encoded vorbiscomment^P^@^@^@^L^@^@^@TITLE=[D568]^Y^@^@^@TITLE=I. Needless to say, this small detail was driving me mad... (I really appreciate that you take up maintainership of this otherwise very powerful app!)
This can be disabled in EasyTAG 2.1.8, which was discussed in bug 696567. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 696567 ***
