GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 708426
nautilus windows are hard to move now
Last modified: 2014-02-18 17:26:53 UTC
Putting the pathbar and all the other stuff into the "titlebar" means that now there's a lot less area that you can click on to drag the window around. Especially if you switch to the entry-rather-than-pathbar mode. This is merely a nuisance; it's certainly still possible to drag the window around, but it's more difficult (and requires me to actually stop and think, rather than just reflexively doing it).
I'm experiencing the same regression in usability. I've noticed it after upgrading from Fedora 20 (3.10.1-3.fc20) to rawhide (3.11.3-1.fc21). Since the original bug-reporter has seen it in a lower version might this be configurable?

Hm, I seem to have hijacked this bug. While my issue seems to be corrected in bug 722542, I believe OP was actually protesting the design decision to merge the titlebar with the toolbar. Sorry about that.
