While I like how the time stamp footer is at the bottom, when the note is long, it obstructs the text below. 

Similar behavior has been solved on the web by having the footer float by default, but if the scrollable is taller than the window size, the footer is not floating but static.

as of today the timestamp is a widget rather than html, but i keep the float-per-default footer idea since this is a long-running bug
