screenshot with a broken cursor

When I open some picture in new tab (not page, just picture) and I go over it with a mouse cursor, it shows some lines instead of cursor, it was a one line only in 3.9.3-1.fc20.x86_64, now multiple lines 3.9.90-1.fc20.x86_64, I have screenshot of another screenshot (from bugzilla) opened in epiphany with mouse cursor over it.
