Dialog window (window where set something like generating some logo) appears under the main window in mode "one window".
This is after start program. This is when click "File" "Create" "Logo".

PS: Thanks for Great Image Manipulation Program :) Yes yes i now GNU, but is Great :)

Hi Krystian,

I don't have the "File > Create > Logo" item (I have "From Clipboard" and "Screenshot"). Are you sure that is not an action coming from an unofficial plugin?

Also I would suggest to make a screenshot for this kind of bug (where if I understand, that's a UI bug). For instance here I did not really get what you meant by "appears under the main window".

This is the known problem of Script-Fu windows appearing below image windows. There should already be a bug report about this.
