Description Kevin 2013-08-11 00:08:33 UTC
Feature/Enhancement request:

When using Gnome shell in Classic Mode, invoking the Applications Menu (and to a lesser extent, the Places Menu) very frequently results in an unintentional activation of the top left hot corner, which brings up the Overlay.

Unintentional activation of the Overlay may very well be one of the reviled aspects of Gnome Shell which users who opt for Classic Mode are looking to avoid. There should at least be an option to disable the hot corner as part of Classic Mode and/or the Applications Menu extension. This would make Classic Mode more consistent with expected behavior (i.e. more like Gnome 2).
