Help translations are under different license to the help

Hello translators! The Cheese help has recently had the license made more explicit, and is now under the CC-BY-SA 3.0 Unported license. Your help translations have inconsistent licensing information, which means they cannot be distributed together with Cheese. Please update the license headers to clarify that the help translations are licensed under the same license as the "Cheese help" or "Cheese documentation", not under the same license as the "Cheese package", as that license is the GNU GPL, which is incompatible with CC-BY-SA 3.0 Unported. In behalf of the Brazilian Portuguese team, we announce that the help file was fixed under commit d547afc12777c98819c3a86e7c39dd425dd7d25d Thanks a lot,
I have pushed a commit, dd23ab45f931ddbae85b73dc3aa95d19e1eb2085, to master which removes the remaining translations with incompatible licenses. They can be added back, with the correct license header, at a later date.
Fixed for Indonesian with commit 07c9e345fc9048d13ab142d58e9a310a6fce5449. Thanks.
