Steps:
1. Boot 
2. Go to Application - Contacts
3. Use local address
4. Create a new contact and add a 100 character string to it's name
5. Press create
6. Press EDIT button
7. Press "Remove Contact" button (bottom right)
8. Observe user cannot undo or close notification
Expected outcome:
User can close or undo the notification
Actual outcome:
User cannot close or undo the notification
