I spend most of my playtime inside the dynamic playlists, which acts as filters for my media library.

I also have a few "static" playlists for projects I would like to collect tracks for.

In 2.99.1, there is a regression (compared to 2.98) where you can't do that from inside a dynamic playlist, the menu item is greyed out.
