If the bookmark/topic renaming is activated in the Bookmarks window using File->Rename, then another dialog is popped up (for example, File->Import Bookmarks) and closed (using Cancel), then File shows the Rename menuitem insensitive even though the bookmark/topic is still selected.

This can be fixed in one of two ways:
* either all menuitems that can steal focus should be insensitive while renaming is in progress
* or focus should be given back to the bookmark/topic properly when a dialog is closed
