By using ibus-libpinyin, input "women".

On the first candidate page of the candidates, the page up/down arrows are not shown.
After try to page down by press "=", the arrows appears.
After try to page down three times, the arrows disappears.

In the XFCE, the arrows are always shown.
Please fix it, thanks.

it seems that ibus-ui-gtk3 always shows the page up/down arrows.
