GcrCertificateWidget was made a gtkwidget from a gtkalignment in 41d96e69e8b56aa88e36e8bd176c51c5aa93caf9 which was  a refactoring . It seems it was not done on purpose.
In cb3320bb8ad3c9457adbeb57cb77ef443c695d8e it was restored to a container type but gtkbin.

I wonder if we do not want to restore to GtkAlignment or if we leave it as gtkbin. gcr code uses gtkalignment for other widgets.
