When changing colours from inside with OSC 4 sequence, we need to invalidate the view. Otherwise we get inconsistent display when parts are exposed, with old colour in the untouched areas and new colour in the redrawn area.

Fixed on 0-34; keeping open for fixing on vte-next.

vte-next is abandoned, so this bug is fixed now.
