Register patch 23

This is an update to the Possible Register migration to Treeview - 673193

This update fixes some bugs and allows the mouse to change the reconcile flag. Also in the patch are the following, fixes a wrong title spelling, changes the transaction paste to ignore the Num value if all ready populated, allow changes when in sub account view, reduce view default title lengths, add a missing help text string and changing default find on account page to the new view.
