with gnome 3.8, the privacy and sharing panels cover this, so we don't need or want a standalone preferences dialog for vino anymore.

If you don't want to drop it outright, having a configure switch would be fine.

I went ahead and removed the preferences dialog on master, in commit 328b2e46aef14b4204d3c20e0de40bd0a69b4229.
