Always load all artists

In the artist view, it does not make sense to load only part of the
whole artist list. This forces the user to click repeatedly on the
"load more" button just to browse the collection and decide what to
listen to. Therefore, remove the limit to this query. This will be
useful also when implementing search functionalities (which most
likely will revolve around using Grilo.populate_items () with a
specific limit).

I hate to disappoint you though, this won't work with online resources and is inconsistent with the design directions of the design team. So there is nothing we can do here. :(
