Support for multiple tag fields (ID3v2.4/Vorbis comment)

Please add support for multiple values of text fields, specified in the id3 specifications v2.4. See https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ID3#Multiple_values_in_v2.4_tags I would like to add multiple genres to most and multiple artists to some of my files.
This is also true of Vorbis comments.
When working on ID3 tags version 2.4, note that ID3 lib (libid3) is not supporting these yet. EasyTAG uses this lib (partly). GNOME is going to shut down bugzilla.gnome.org in favor of gitlab.gnome.org. As part of that, we are mass-closing older open tickets in bugzilla.gnome.org which have not seen updates for a longer time (resources are unfortunately quite limited so not every ticket can get handled).
