Description UweBreidenbach 2013-05-02 15:06:45 UTC
Please add support for multiple values of text fields, specified in the id3 specifications v2.4.
See https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ID3#Multiple_values_in_v2.4_tags

I would like to add multiple genres to most and multiple artists to some of my files.
Comment 1 David King 2013-09-28 15:03:14 UTC
This is also true of Vorbis comments.

When working on ID3 tags version 2.4, note that ID3 lib (libid3) is not supporting these yet. EasyTAG uses this lib (partly). When working on ID3 tags in combination with this shared library, please see also:

GNOME is going to shut down bugzilla.gnome.org in favor of gitlab.gnome.org.
As part of that, we are mass-closing older open tickets in bugzilla.gnome.org
which have not seen updates for a longer time (resources are unfortunately
quite limited so not every ticket can get handled).

If you can still reproduce the situation described in this ticket in a recent
and supported software version, then please follow
  https://wiki.gnome.org/GettingInTouch/BugReportingGuidelines
and create a new enhancement request ticket at
  https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/easytag/-/issues/

Thank you for your understanding and your help.
