Depending on whether a chapter or a new video would be loaded, use the ffw or next playback buttons.

Pressing alt should always show the "next track" state (monitor using GdkKeymap::state-changed)

Punted to a later release. We can probably safely implement it before hard code freeze if we're starved for things to do, as it's barely user-visible.
