GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 699195
Doxygen merges multiple markdown documents into one.
Last modified: 2013-05-19 12:35:40 UTC
Created attachment 242767 [details] Screen capture of the Related Pages page. I have a project tree (https://github.com/archfrog/Braceless0) where I have a small README.md file in each subdirectory. When generating Doxygen documentation, I get the bizarre behavior that some of the README.md files are merged into a single file, which is then found under the Related Pages section of the generated Doxygen document. What I'd like to see is that there is a single entry on the Related Pages page for EACH markdown file so that the user can quickly go through them and/or perhaps even search through them. The problem can be recreated by doing this: 1. git clone git://github.com/archfrog/Braceless0.git 2. cd Braceless0 3. cd src 4. doxygen 5. ..\obj\docs\html\index.html Then navigate to the Related Pages page and see that there's only a single entry even though there are dozens of markdown files in the project. If you open the one page that is there, you'll see something like five markdown files merged together with no trace of the rest of the files.
Confirmed. Should be fixed in the next subversion update.
This bug was previously marked ASSIGNED, which means it should be fixed in doxygen version 1.8.4. Please verify if this is indeed the case. Reopen the bug if you think it is not fixed and please include any additional information that you think can be relevant.
