The patch is my first attempt porting gnome-subtitles to GStreamer 1.0....

it builds here and I can load a video with this patch and play it as well... so functionality wise it appears good to me.

Thank you for the patch Dominique, it does make sense to add support for GStreamer 1.0.

Fixed. GStreamer 1.0 is now the default version.
