This is a proposal for removing workspace zooming in the overview.
Now that our thumbnails are pretty huge, I think it's worth it, but
maybe some would disagree.

The big advantage of this is that it cleans up a lot of special case
behavior in the overview, as the feature is very buggy. I don't think
this would require a UI break, but I'm not sure.

With thumbnails hopefully big enough, we don't need zooming
for better identification anymore.
