Totem does not display "Open", "Open Location" and others in menu.
However show in HUD, and work "Ctrl-O".

How to reproduce:
1. Launch totem.
2. Click "Movie" in global menu.

Expected:
- Show "Open" menu.

Actual:
- Show only "Save a Copy", "Propeties", "Eject", "Play/Pause".
