I miss a lot the lack of keyboard shotcuts for dia like in xfig.

I agree.  The trick is to figure out where the shortcuts will be of the greatest help.  You can assign keyboard shortcuts to menus yourself, though.  Select the menuitem and press the key combo.  I will look into more shortcuts eventually.

I filed another bug report about Gnome HIG (Human Interface
Guidelines) compliance and i am trying to add more keybindings.  

A list of the keybindings in Xfig or useful suggestions would be
helpful.

You can assign your own custom keybindings in most GTK applications by
simply hovering over the menu item and then typing the combination you
want (use backspace to clear the keybinding).
