The second part is about the platform overview, it's hosted in the gnome-devel-docs module.

I commented out the dead clutter links in 53db0ffcc1c0ed4970f3781267089481d9e03660. Getting the clutter cookbook on developer.gnome.org is covered by bug 685359.

The polkit links were fixed in the 3.10 release of gnome-devel-docs. Just the clutter cookbook link is needed now, and that is covered by another bug.
