Description Yves-Alexis Perez 2012-12-08 13:07:21 UTC
Hi,

since the upgrade to 3.6.1 (from 3.4) it seems that /some/ mails (on an IMAP+ account) are not marked as read when I open them. I've set:

org.gnome.evolution.mail mark-seen true
org.gnome.evolution.mail mark-seen-timeout 0

and it does work for /some/ mails but not other (and I have no idea what triggers the problem). Usually double clicking on the mail to open it on a separate window makes it correctly marked as read.

If you need anything else, please ask.

Any news on this?
Comment 2 Stefan Schulze Frielinghaus 2013-01-24 11:52:03 UTC
I can confirm this problem/behaviour. Version 3.4 works fine but since 3.6 evolution has this strange behaviour.

For what it's worth, I've upgraded to 3.6.3 and it's not fixed there.
