Replaced the deprecated GTK3 APIs

libgnome-media-profiles uses same deprecated GTK3 APIs like this:

'gtk_vbox_new' 
'gtk_hbox_new'
'gtk_vbutton_box_new'
'g_thread_init'

I make a patch to avoid use of deprecated GTK3 APIs

libgnome-media-profiles is not under active development anymore. Its codebase has been archived. Closing all its open tickets as part of housekeeping.
