Modems reported as LTE-only (no GSM and no CDMA) should also be treated as broadband modems, so IMEI and Operator Name loading should happen.

Patch for the issue.

The attached patch applies cleanly only on top of the suggested one for bug 688211.

Didn't merge both because this one requires a bump in the required NetworkManager version.

Pushed to git master after hughsie's review.

This problem has been fixed in the development version. The fix will be available in the next major software release. Thank you for your bug report.
