When my external monitor is disabled, I'm only able to position it to the left of or below my main monitor. Once I enable it, I'm able to freely position it. If I disable it again, I'm still able to freely position it; the problem only happens initially.

This is a H.264 encoded video because that's all Handbrake supported, sorry. I couldn't upload the original .webm because it was larger than 1 MB.

This was fixed in 3.8.4 and 3.9.5.
