I am thinking, if in this strings should be added word "target", because you save/download target of link.
So string should looks like "Download target of link" or something like that.

This is a mass NEEDINFO of all Epiphany bugs with no activity in the past three years. I'm going to be automatically closing old bugs to help us focus on current problems. “Download Link” doesn’t exist anymore, and Firefox also has “Save Link As”. I think we can close this.
