>Description:
when i want to use netscape to view webpages, it doesn't work.

later when i reboot the computer, the panel can not be start
ed. 

>How-To-Repeat:
1 set netscape , make it connect to internet.

2 open netscape, put into some web site, for example www.yahoo.com

3 netscape is slow when it is opening web page.

4 netscape can not open the web page.

5 later when i reboot computer, panel can not be started.
