libgee 0.8 is the target version for GNOME 3.8

https://github.com/dankamongmen/dankcheese has some patches to port Cheese to libgee 0.8. I will either merge those commits or remove the libgee dependency (as it is used in only a couple of isolated places in Cheese) before 3.8.0 is released.

I removed the libgee dependency from Cheese in commits 4dc020519fb57a9e0fac806ce9b421a551ffa2a4 and 2847fbe93c78c977b54717d80a36e2519699cba8, and updated jhbuild accordingly.
