gtk3-widget-factory

I build a theme for gtk+-3.6. After update gnome-themes-standard from 3.6.0.2 to 3.6.1 adwaita engine don't display my steppers from the scrollbar. If i "reload" the theme with e.g. gnome-tweak-tool the stepper then displayed for the open windows but if i open a new window with scrollbar none steppers displayed. My themes is here:

I don't see anything wrong with that screenshot, and the Adwaita engine doesn't do anything special for scrollbars these days. I believe you're seeing bug 686280, let's move the discussion there.
