=> on the chart, markers appear in the legend

Where do you see a marker? I just see the line.

You are right, the marker is not there when closing/re-opening the file.
To reproduce, just reproduce the same chart and you will see it.

This problem has been fixed in the development version. The fix will be available in the next major software release. Thank you for your bug report.
