With desktop-file-validate from desktop-file-utils-0.20, and gnome-bluetooth-3.6.0:

$ desktop-file-validate /usr/share/applications/bluetooth-sendto.desktop 
/usr/share/applications/bluetooth-sendto.desktop: error: (will be fatal in the future): value "GTK;GNOME;" for key "Categories" in group "Desktop Entry" does not contain a registered main category
