- Start an audio call with a contact
- He accepts the call, works fine
- Terminates the call
- Re-dial from the call window
- He accepts the call but your mic is muted and so he can't hear you

That's what this code was always meant to do but some idiot named Guillaume
changed it and introduced this regression in
74d098cd8894f72321237e120267a5ec3f188b3f when using the
audio-input-microphone-muted-symbolic icon.
