I am not able to save a bmp file with indexed colors. It is always converted back to RVB before saving.

Steps to reproduce :
- open a bmp picture
- change mode to indexed colors
- overwrite or export the file, as bmp
- close and reopen the file -> is is again in RVB, however with the proper colors

I'm using GIMP 2.8.2 on windows 7. With the previous version GIMP 2.6, it was working properly.
