I propose this patch to add thread names beside the thread IDs.
The use of the old command "-thread-list-ids" has been replaced by the new "-thread-info".

Thanks a lot for your patch, and sorry for the delay in checking it. It happens that this patch cause some of the tests to not build anymore.

I'll be attaching a fix.

Test fix

This fix the test build. There are glitches in getting them to build but there is a patch pending for that.
