Description:
Just reboot the computer, and it'll be the first thing to crash.  Start Here comes up, and then you get the error that the panel crashed.

Please try the latest gnome-libs and gnome-core packages available
from http://download.gnome.org/

These have fixes for many crashes and other bugs in both packages.
