GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 680636
crash when modifying an XYZcontour plot
Last modified: 2012-07-26 16:50:51 UTC
- open the attached .gnumeric file - open the properties of the chart in the τ_ie sheet. - go to the properties of serie1 in XYZContourPlot1 - change the z coordinates to τ_ie!$E$16:$DA$115 - apply => CRASH
Created attachment 219673 [details] .gnumeric file to reproduce the problem
two other remarks for the same chart: 1) it is not possible to select which Y-axis is to be used for each plot. 2) the XYZContourPlot1 does not appear in the graph. (maybe this is related to 1)
I don't see the crash. Might have been fixed with a previous bug. Fixed the axis choice issue (not commited yet), but I don't understand why the contour plot is not visible. I'm finding strange to have just [0,1[ in the legend.
The contour plot is not visible because you requested both min and max for the pseudo-3d axis to be 0.
One more strange issue, if Y-axis1 is inverted, the bedrock series disappears. Weird.
Looks like things now work. This problem has been fixed in the development version. The fix will be available in the next major software release. Thank you for your bug report.
