Migrate to GtkApplication

 * Use GtkApplication to startup seahorse, parse arguments
 * Seahorse is now a single instance application
 * SeahorseApplication replaces SeahorseContext and is
   derived from GtkApplication
 * Depends on GTK+ 3.4 or later
