Created attachment 214250 [details] screenshot
host: Intel HD3000 with driver i965 guest: Spice protocol, qxl driver
thanks Martin, could you give the xorg-qxl driver version from the guest? could you also try with spicec? spicec -h localhost -p "590X" (depending on the number of VM you have)
xorg-x11-drv-qxl-0.0.22-0.fc17.x86_64 I can reproduce this also with spicec.
it could be a mesa software rending bug. I guess you won't have those glitch in fallback mode. If it's the case, we should move that bug to redhat bugzilla xorg-qxl. It's not a Boxes or spice-gtk bug I guess.
ajax, the bug 674208 is related to this one? (see screenshot attached to the bug)
No glitches in fallback mode like on screenshot above (only minor vsync glitch).
(In reply to comment #8) > No glitches in fallback mode like on screenshot above (only minor vsync > glitch). I've seen those vsync glitches too. Since I dont see the same in winxp, I'm guessing its some qxl driver bug.
I can't see rendering glitches with f17 & current boxes/spice-gtk. If you still get rendering glitches, please reopen. Closing this bug report as no further information has been provided. Please feel free to reopen this bug if you can provide the information asked for. Thanks!
