In Gimp 2.6 the user interface was nearly perfect translated to Dutch.
Now after the release of Gimp 2.8.0 the translation is nearly complete gone.
Some smaller parts are translated, so the language preference is OK.

http://l10n.gnome.org/module/gimp/#gimp-2-8 - Dutch has a coverage of 50% and the Dutch team misses manpower to translate all the GNOME software into Dutch.

On that same page the 2-6 tag shows near 100% overage and 2-8 does not differ that much from 2-6. This is a valid bug!

André, there is a technical problem with translations in Script-Fu at the moment.
