GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 675997
gnome-shell-calendar-server password prompt eats 100% CPU
Last modified: 2012-06-23 23:26:00 UTC
Originally reported as https://bugs.mageia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=5722 . I noticed that the process gnome-shell-calendar-server puts up a password prompt which eats 100% CPU as long as it hasn't been closed. This is especially annoying when another user who is logged in has this password prompt but you can't switch users to cancel the dialog. I made a backtrace:
+ Trace 230219
Password prompts are centralized and system-modal in evolution-data-server 3.5.3, so closing this as OBSOLETE.
OBSOLETE? Production systems will be running 3.4 for years to come!!
