2.8.0 on windoze xp, amd xp processor

When exporting to .jpg, the size displayed when the preview box is checked is incorrect.  It shows a huge file (1.3 GB in my case) which does not change as the amount of compression is changed.

File saved is the correct size (65 KB in this case)
