Forked from bug 650929 which blocks pitivi bug 643394.

Attached is a python test script that creates an infobar. The horizontal wrapping is correct, but the vertical padding is way wrong. If you uncomment lines 36-37 (to show two additional buttons), the problem does not occur (both horizontal and vertical wrapping/padding is correct).
