All browsers are having speed dial, because it speeds things up. 

Please add speed dial (manually added links) / auto dial (frequently visited sites) as a new tab or homepage in Web.

I wish to see  a better speed dial which could have 'Bookmarked' + 'Frequently visited' + 'last History' in a single page. may be in 3 sections. Thanks.

Please explain how this would work and what exactly would be done by the user to open such a bookmark.
