As a start for bug 632319 we should add some new LayerHead widgets for video and audio layers to provide more options.

As we discussed, it probably would make a lot of sense to use gtk widgets for layer controls (instead of looking like an alien on the desktop and spending time creating UI widgets with clutter/cairo/the-canvas-du-jour).

Interestingly, Jokosher does seem to use gtk widgets for its layer management interface, but I couldn't quite figure out the code behind that.

The widgets have been designed and implemented in the mentioned branch. The review will happen in bug #632319 
Therefore I'm closing this bug.
