Cosimo, could you check whether it's alright to add the license exception to this gnome-screenshot code? Are you the sole copyright holder for that portion of code?

I originally wrote it, and as far as I can see from the git history, it only has been touched for minor modifications by Jon, Matthias and Ray. I think it's alright to add the license exception.
