The GSettings migration guide (http://developer.gnome.org/gio/unstable/ch29s06.html) currently instructs people to use “@INTLTOOL_XML_NOMERGE_RULE@” to get intltool-provided translations of their GSettings schemas.

However, bug #672619 indicates that this is outdated.

The migration guide should be updated to recommend using a more modern version of intltool.
